If you are not satisfied with the service we provide you should let us know and we will deal with the matter promptly, impartially and in confidence. Our complaints procedure concerns only matters to do with our broadcast output and not matters concerning the management or staffing of the radio station. If you feel you have grounds for making a complaint please email our complaints  department here and we will send you out a complaint form.
